These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Broadhead Automations website, chat widget, inbound booking calls, and SMS communications. By using our website or engaging with our messaging, you agree to these Terms.

Broadhead Automations, LLC ("Broadhead Automations," "we," "our," or "us") is an AI workflow automation business operated from Idaho, USA. We build automations and provide consulting to small businesses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or enter into agreements with us. By using our site or messaging services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Services

We offer AI automation consulting, custom workflow development, and related services. Any work engaged beyond an initial discovery call is governed by a separate written statement of work. These Terms cover your use of our public-facing website, chat, voice booking, and SMS channels — not the specific terms of any client engagement.

4. SMS messaging terms

Opt-in

You may opt in to receive SMS from Broadhead Automations in any of the following ways:

• Providing your phone number through our website chat widget at broadheadautomations.com after seeing the SMS consent disclosure.
• Affirmatively consenting during an inbound voice booking call when asked if we can text you about your appointment.
• Initiating a text message to our business number, or replying START or YES to a welcome message sent after verbal consent.

Message types

Messages you may receive include appointment scheduling outreach, discovery call confirmations, appointment reminders, post-call follow-ups, and customer service replies. We do not send marketing or promotional broadcasts under this program.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and scheduling activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Broadhead Automations is not responsible for carrier fees.

Opt-out and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Reply HELP at any time for support, or email sean@broadheadautomations.com.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

Privacy

How we handle the data collected through SMS opt-in is described in our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website, chat, or messaging services to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt our systems.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broadhead Automations, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or messaging services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Broadhead Automations, LLC and its officers, members, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
