03 / How users opt in

The opt-in flow

1. The user visits broadheadautomations.com and clicks the “Talk to Fletcher” chat widget in the bottom-right corner.
2. The user proceeds through the booking conversation with Fletcher, our AI assistant.
3. Before the user submits a phone number, the chat displays the verbatim disclosure quoted above, with active hyperlinks to our Privacy Policy and Terms.
4. The user types a phone number into the chat and submits it. That submission is recorded as affirmative SMS opt-in for that user’s booking.
5. Messages are sent only to that user’s submitted number, only for that user’s discovery-call booking, and never for marketing or to third parties.

04 / STOP & HELP keywords

Opt-out and assistance

Reply STOP to any message at any time to be unsubscribed immediately. Aliases CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT, and STOPALL are also honored. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS from this program until you reply START to resubscribe.

Reply HELP or INFO at any time for support and program details. STOP and HELP keywords are honored automatically by our messaging platform regardless of message content or thread state.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through this program are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and opt-in consent is never transferred between Broadhead Automations and any other business.
